Currently, the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology (ITTP) is in the election stage for potential chancellor candidates because the previous chancellor’s term of office has ended, namely the 2017 to 2021 period. In electing the chancellor at ITTP, there are several obstacles faced, such as: data security aspects that are still not maintained, updates data or documents required for chancellor candidates and limited access to information during the offline pandemic period. In order to protect data from outside parties and to document the files of the prospective chancellor candidates in real time, a system is needed to facilitate the process of electing the chancellor. This study aims to develop an online rector election system. System development is carried out using the Scrum method. Every job is completed in a short period of time. Each sprint is a work from a backlog according to the required needs. The application of the Scrum approach is very effective in developing this chancellor election application. 摘要
