摘要

虚拟手术是技术上困难的应用之一。显微耳手术是一项精度高、难度大的功能性手术,将VR技术应用于显微耳手术是十分必要且具有现实意义的。设计并开发了虚拟微型耳外科系统。采用WTK作为虚拟现实开发工具,利用解剖切片图像重建mri -耳外科器官模型,基于照片法建立虚拟手术器械模型,开发手术演示模块,为手术培训和手术规划服务。
