Effect of Shape and Foreign Particle on the Performance of the Wireless Capacitive Power Transfer Technology
In this paper, different geometries of a capacitor are realized by analyzing its losses and transfer capability in order to obtain an optimum wireless capacitive charging system. Wireless charging is a very broader area of research and a tremendous amount of research is already been done in inductive charging but in this paper, we have tried enquiring the alternative approach for charging wirelessly that is capacitive charging. We have also tried to discern the effect of inserting the foreign material between the capacitive plates precisely on single and double module capacitive charging system on the capacitance and its consequences. Whole work is done on COMSOL 5.2a and ANSYS MAXWELL and optimum results are obtained for the same.
