Based on the results of the partial test in this study, there is an influence of apprenticeship practices on work readiness in Islamic banks. 摘要
本研究旨在确定工作实践和学生素养对了解伊斯兰银行对大学毕业后伊斯兰银行工作准备的影响程度。这种类型的研究是采用定量方法的实地研究。本研究使用的样本为74名被调查者,使用统计学方法,即SPSS Version 23。根据本研究的部分检验结果,学徒制实践对伊斯兰银行的工作准备程度有影响。但读写能力这个变量对工作准备没有影响。然后,这将成为进一步提高教师素质的输入和评估材料,是否符合大学的愿景和使命
