The results of positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography with 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose and 18F-choline in 2 patients with different differentiation of solitary fibrous tumors were analyzed. The presented clinical cases demonstrate that clinical morphological variants of solitary fibrous tumors differ in aggressiveness and clinical course of the disease.
