As a result of the study,\nit is seen that, the breathability of back sheet component decreases as a result of printing and laminating\nprocesses. Also, it can be concluded that the ambient conditions for standard textile fabrics is not convenient for\ntesting back sheet samples. 摘要

一次性透气纸尿裤被认为是纸尿裤行业最重要的发展之一。透气尿布保持孩子的皮肤干燥,给孩子提供舒适的感觉。纸尿裤的透气性是利用纸尿裤最外层的透气背片层来获得的。本文研究了复合和印刷工艺对背片材料透气性的影响。为此,有四种类型的背片样品,即;薄膜,印刷薄膜,层压薄膜和印刷层压薄膜的透气性测试。在透气性测试方面,采用两种不同的测试设备进行水蒸气渗透性测试,这两种测试设备主要在不同的环境条件下运行。研究结果表明,由于印刷和层压工艺,背板组件的透气性降低。另外,标准纺织织物的环境条件不便于测试背片样品。因此,该测试并没有模拟纸尿裤使用过程中纸尿裤与儿童皮肤之间的真实环境条件。
