Several growth factors were optimized to maximize the production of antifungal metabolites. 摘要

本研究的主要目的是分离具有抗真菌活性的放线菌,对一些皮肤菌、絮状表皮菌、红毛菌、犬小孢子菌和白色念珠菌具有抗真菌活性,评估和优化各种培养和营养条件,以最大限度地产生抗真菌代谢产物。从埃及不同地区分离到64种放线菌,并对其抗真菌活性进行了筛选。在64株分离株中,鉴定的癌变链霉菌MH7具有良好的抗真菌活性,抑制了被试真菌的生长。该菌株能够产生葡聚糖酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶,这些酶是真菌细胞壁裂解过程中重要的水解酶。优化了几种生长因子,以最大限度地提高抗真菌代谢产物的产量。在以淀粉为碳源、硝酸钾为氮源、盐度为3% (w/v)、ph为8、培养温度为30℃、培养7 d、转速为180 rpm的淀粉酪蛋白肉汤培养基中,丝状链霉菌MH7的抑菌活性最好。
