Fuel cell and lead-acid batteries are the two sources considered for electric vehicle energy management in this paper. Designing of efficient control system algorithm for electric vehicles is the key to long lasting life of the sources. The primary role is to analyze how energy demand of drive cycle data is managed between different sources in electric vehicles. In this paper, simulation and hardware implementation of energy management algorithm is implemented by TI’s DSC28335.
