摘要

本文采用统一潮流控制器(UPFC)和重调度作为一种集成方法来提高静态电压稳定性。采用内点最优潮流(IP-OPF)重新调度可以保证系统的所有运行约束都在满意的范围内。利用这种运行状态,用连续潮流(CPF)计算临界负荷裕度(CLM),作为电压不稳定裕度的度量。通过在IEEE 14总线测试系统上使用UPFC的解耦功率注入建模(DPIM)来重复案例研究。结果验证了所提出的方法,即使在(N-1)线路意外情况下也能显著提高电压稳定裕度。
