Results A statistically significant difference was found between the Intravenous Catheter Application and Fluid Delivery Skills Checklist scores of the students in the experimental and control groups. According to the Bondy Evaluation Scale, there was a statistically significant difference between the students who were at the “supervised” level in the experimental and control groups. Conclusion Virtual reality technology was found effective as a teaching method in the development of intravenous catheter application and fluid delivery skills. 摘要

背景探讨虚拟现实技术在护理学生静脉置管及输液培训中的应用。方法将29名学生作为实验组,27名学生作为对照组。实验组采用虚拟现实技术,对照组采用静脉注射臂模型。结果实验组学生与对照组学生静脉置管及输液技能量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义。根据邦迪评估量表(Bondy Evaluation Scale),实验组和对照组处于“监督”水平的学生之间存在统计学上的显著差异。结论虚拟现实技术是一种有效的静脉置管应用和输液技能培养的教学方法。建议在护理培训中增加其使用。
