摘要

以5摩尔%的四正丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为催化剂,在50℃乙醇条件下,以芳基乙二醛、6-氨基-1,3-二甲基尿嘧啶和巴比妥酸衍生物为原料,进行一锅三组分反应,成功地合成了多官能化吡咯[2,3-d]嘧啶衍生物。该工艺具有产率高(73-95%)、绿色简便、反应时间短、制备方便、反应条件温和、适用范围广等优点。
