Its proximity to fascism and Nazism is shown, and the variety of approaches to understanding the main ideas of fascism is considered. We offer our own interpretation of this phenomenon. The author interprets ruscism as the ideology of Russian fascism, based on anti-liberalism, expansionism, revanchism, necrophilia, genocide, terrorism, statism, xenophobia, Eurasianism, leadership, God’s chosen people, mobilization of the nation and the state against enemies. The most important features of the ideology of ruscism are considered.
