The population of this study was conducted in Private Madrasah of Candung and Ampek Angkek Subdistrict, Agam District, West Sumatra with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is PLS SEM (Partial Least Square). The results of the study are: (1). Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2). Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (3) Motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance; (4). Individual characteristics do not significantly influence teacher performance; (5).
