摘要

本研究旨在分析工作环境、个人特质和工作动机对教师绩效的影响。本研究的人口是在西苏门答腊岛阿干县的甘东私立宗教学校和安佩昂克街道进行的,总共有100名受访者。使用的分析技术是PLS SEM(偏最小二乘法)。研究结果表明:(1)个体特征对教师绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)工作环境对教师绩效有正向显著影响;(3)动机对教师绩效的影响不显著;(4)个体特征对教师绩效影响不显著;(5)工作环境对教师绩效没有显著影响。
