Mengukur Tingkat Kesiapan Masyarakat Kota Surakarta dalam Pelaksanaan Program Kali Bersih (PROKASIH)

Metode yang digunakan adalah The Community Readiness Model (CRM). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dari data sekunder pada lembaga-lembaga terkait dan data primer dari wawancara terhadap aktor-aktor kunci. Analisa data dilakukan dengan memahami keseluruhan data-data hasil wawancara yang dipetakan berdasarkan dimensi-dimensi dari CRM yang kemudian dengan teknik skoring akan menghasilkan level of readiness dan stage of readiness dari komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian masyarakat sudah sadar dan sebagian belum ada kesadaran melaksanakan program-program dari Prokasih. Hal ini terutama diketemukan pada UMKM seperti industri batik dan tahu juga rumah tangga dari masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang belum tersentuh program dari Kementerian PUPR. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan peran pemerintah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Masyarakat, Prokasih, Surakarta ABSTRACT Program Kali Bersih (Prokasih) aims to gradually improve the quality of urban river water so that it can play a role as it should. In Surakarta, Prokasih is held at Tegal Konas River, Jenes River, Pepe River, Premulung River, Brojo River, Tempuran River, and Gajah Putih River. These rivers are the creek of the Bengawan Solo river. However, the impact of Prokasih has not been seen because the quality of river water has not improved yet. This shows the possibility that Prokasih in Surakarta has not involved stakeholders as a whole, including the community, in its implementation. This study aims to measure the readiness of the community in carrying out Prokasih in Surakarta. The method used is The Community Readiness Model (CRM). The data collection technique was carried out from secondary data at related institutions and primary data from interviews with key actors. Data analysis was carried out by understanding the entire interview data mapped based on the dimensions of CRM which then using the scoring technique would produce a level of readiness and a stage of readiness from the community. The results showed that a part of the community had been aware to implement Prokasih's programs and the others were not. This was especially found in small industries such as the batik industry and tofu as well as low-income households who have not yet had a program from the Ministry.
