摘要

klipppel - trenaunay综合征(KTS)是一种罕见的伴有肢体肥大的复杂血管综合征。如果出现毛细血管畸形、静脉畸形、软组织和/或骨骼过度生长这三种特征中的至少两种，就可以诊断为KTS。其中，毛细血管畸形(即葡萄酒色斑)是最常见的特征，但在非典型KTS中可能不存在。我们在此报告一例不典型KTS伴静脉畸形及单侧软组织肥大。

A Case of Atypical Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome

Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS) is a rare complex vascular syndrome with limb hypertrophy. KTS is diagnosed if at least two of the three features of capillary malformation, venous malformation, and soft tissue and/or bone overgrowth are present.
