摘要

当今TCP/IP网络的主要问题之一是传输系统。如果带宽已满,我们应该使用新的大容量传输系统。在本文中,我们提出了一种方法,除了最优地利用可用带宽外,如果容量被填满,网络将自动转移到另一个带宽更高的网络。对此,首先设计一个自适应PID控制器来控制现有网络的拥塞,使其得到最大的利用。如果向网络输入的数据增加,则会丢失更多的数据包。为了解决这一问题,通过设计一个监控和混合控制系统,并考虑每个网络的丢包标准阈值限制,如果超过这个限制,现有网络将切换到更高容量的网络,因为它解决了带宽和网络质量的问题。
