It has been established that the main cause of failures of field pipelines is hydrogen sulfide cracking of the metal of the sites of the location of the local metallurgical defect of the base metal of the pipes and the weld zone, where along with corrosion ulcers, microcracks of hydrogen sulfide cracking occur, developing during the operation of this section of the pipeline led to damage to the pipelines. 摘要

本文介绍了在含硫化氢油气介质影响下运行的现场管道损伤的目视和测控、断口研究、光谱分析、力学试验和金相研究等方面的研究、方法和结果。已经确定,现场管道失效的主要原因是管道母材局部冶金缺陷部位和焊缝区域金属的硫化氢开裂,伴随腐蚀溃疡发生硫化氢裂纹微裂纹,在该段管道运行过程中形成,导致管道损坏。为了保护含硫化氢油气田的现场管道免受腐蚀,建议采用抑制保护,以减少管道的火灾和工业危险,以及火灾、事故警告。
