摘要

为了给杂草水稻的有效防治提供基础数据,我们根据生长温度和土壤埋深对韩国收集的100份杂草水稻遗传资源的出苗率进行了分析。利用低休眠杂草稻遗传资源进行出苗率分析,在平均温度为12°C和14°C的条件下,出苗率提高。在计算10℃以上有效积温时,每增加1℃,1 cm和3 cm土层出苗率分别增加0.6%和0.5%。而在土壤深度为5 cm的条件下,则降低了0.28%。高休眠杂草稻、红稻在1 cm、3 cm和5 cm土壤深度条件下的出苗率分别为55%、46%和41%。而在1 cm、3 cm和5 cm土层中,白米的光合速率分别下降了10%、8%和5.7%。当有效积温为83-112℃、100-123℃、148-160℃时,相对羽化率分别达到80%、90%和100%,假设最终羽化率为100%。
