摘要

提出了一种钢轨扣件螺纹数的实时测量方法。测量是通过对螺纹图像的处理来实现的。经分析,紧固件螺纹具有椭圆特征,提出了椭圆相似度和椭圆完整性两个参数。根据这两个参数定位线程区域。结合螺纹区域的光强分布和螺纹位置,测量螺纹数。选取200个样本验证了该方法的有效性。实验数据表明,该方法的限制误差可达0.1985个线程。
