摘要

针对盘式制动系统,假定制动盘与刹车片的耦合为多点接触,采用摩擦系数相对速度曲线的半经验理论模型,建立了多点接触的制动动力学模型,并通过台架试验进行了验证。在此模型的基础上,假设初始DTV和SRO可以用正弦函数表示,利用BPV和BTV的时频特性评价指标和均方根,详细讨论了初始DTV和SRO的阶数、最大值和相位对制动抖动的影响。结果表明:DTV的阶数决定了BPV和BTV的频率与角速度的顺序;BPV对SRO的敏感性更强,BTV对DTV的敏感性更强;BPV和BTV的均方根与SRO和DTV的最大值呈线性增量关系;SRO的相位通过改变DTV的最大值来影响BPV和BTV。
