摘要通过对42所双一流大学研究生招生的8541个专业的分析发现,在培养类型、学习方法和学科领域三个维度上与国家要求的背离以不同的方式影响着全国硕士研究生平等招生机会的推进,其原因都是制度性的偏爱或对考生出身的歧视。因此,我们建议双一流大学在设计“公正”的研究生招生机构时,全面调查不平等招生的专业,消除不合规或条件不合理的专业,坚持机会均等的人事和机构观。
