摘要

. 工业4.0的发展要求教师在小学数学学习过程中加大创新力度。工业4.0的发展并没有伴随着教师创新学习能力的提高。本次培训的目的是提高教师运用社会学习网络学开发小学数学数字化课堂模式的能力。这种培训方式是对小学教师进行指导性培训。结果表明,教师利用社会学习网络学开发数字课堂模型的动机和技能有所提高。该培训的意义是为教师在各自学校开发数字课堂模式提供参考。
