Second, reaction time decreased significantly from 1.16 to 0.91 ms after eye movement exercise. 摘要

目的探讨眼动运动干预对老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能和前额叶皮质连通性的影响。方法对10例轻度认知障碍老年人进行为期4周的眼球运动训练,包括跳眼运动、追逐眼运动、前庭眼运动和收敛眼运动。采用功能近红外光谱分析仪(fNIRS)测量干预前后的认知功能(MoCA-K)、stroop任务反应时间和前额叶皮质连通性。结果一是轻度认知障碍老年人眼动运动后认知功能明显改善(p < 0.05);第二,眼动运动后反应时间由1.16 ms显著减少至0.91 ms。③轻度认知障碍老年人干预后前额叶皮层连通性(左OFC -右FPC、右OFC -右FPC)增强。结论眼动运动是通过改善老年轻度认知障碍患者脑功能连接改善认知功能的有效干预手段。
