As a result of the qualitative interviews, it was found that as a result of job stress, the administrators \"do not have time for their families\" and \"are offensive to the business environment\". According to qualitative data, school administrators were found to use individual coping strategies to manage job stress. The qualitative and quantitative results were interpreted together at the end of the study. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨学校行政人员工作压力的前因、后果及应对策略。本研究采用探索性序贯设计。采用半结构化访谈形式对19名管理人员进行访谈,以收集定性数据。采用马尔马拉工作压力量表收集定量数据。采用该量表对439名学校管理人员进行问卷调查,并采用t检验来确定工作压力的前因、后果和应对策略是否存在显著差异。定性访谈的结果发现,导致学校管理人员压力最大的前因是“责任”和“与同事相处困难、孤独”。定性访谈的结果发现,由于工作压力,管理人员“没有时间陪伴家人”,“对商业环境有冒犯性”。根据定性数据,学校管理人员使用个人应对策略来管理工作压力。定性和定量结果在研究结束时一起进行解释。研究结果表明,应根据工作压力的前因来调节教育环境和立法,工作压力的前因对学校管理者有较高的影响。
