摘要

本文首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定了桂花乌拉尔乙醇根提取物和水乙醇根提取物中植物成分。它是一种重要的商业物种,用于Dashmoolarishta,一种建立的印度草药。GC-MS测定乙醇提取物中2种主要植物成分为n -癸酸异丙酯(RT- 21.397, 60.98%)、9-十八烯酸(Z) -己基酯(RT- 23.298, 39.02%);水乙醇提取物中3种化合物为丙酸2-羟基-戊基酯(RT- 11.697, 81.64%)、α - d -甘露呋喃苷1-壬基- (RT- 20.28, 7.87%)和2-溴丙酸五癸基酯(RT- 21.486, 6.77%)。本研究从根中研究的四种植物化合物具有商业意义。
