摘要

本研究采用TLC和CC两种色谱分离方法,从紫花苜蓿茎皮丙酮提取物中分离得到四种脂肪酸衍生物,分别为甲基三氮-17-烯-1-oate 1、(9Z, 12Z)-乙基十八烯-9、12-二烯酸2、硬脂酸3和21-乙酰四烯酸4。通过广泛的光谱研究,包括一维、二维纳米和质谱分析,确定了分离化合物的结构,并与文献进行了比较。其中化合物1、2、3为首次从合欢属植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从植物中分离得到的新植物成分。
