摘要

本研究拟对Nees & Eberm的抗菌和抗真菌活性进行分析。采用索氏提取装置,在70%乙醇条件下制备抗知名致病菌叶提取物和黄芪提取物。采用纸片扩散法测定提取物的抑菌和抑菌活性。整个实验过程中均保持在营养琼脂培养基中培养。以青霉素和四环素为标准抗生素对提取物的抑菌活性进行比较评价,以sabaround生长培养基对提取物的抑菌活性进行评价。以其抗真菌活性为标准进行比较。本研究结果表明,该叶提取物可用于抗菌和抗真菌药物的制备。
