摘要

以椭圆轴承为研究对象,采用混合两相流模型和能量方程,分析了不同椭圆度椭圆轴承的压力特性、空化分布和热效应。结果表明:椭圆轴承的最大温升低于圆柱轴承;椭圆轴承的最佳椭圆度为0.6,椭圆轴承上下衬套可形成有效油膜,空化面积和体积的比例小,油膜的最大温升最低,有利于滑动轴承的稳定运行。
