Research on the Defect Detection Technology of Abnormal Vibration of GIS Equipment Based on Acoustic Emission Analysis Technology
Mechanical fault is one of the main faults of GIS equipment. The traditional detection methods based on artificial hearing and touch, rely heavily on personal experience, with low reliability. The fault can only be discovered when the vibration intensity is high, which brings great security risks to the power grid. Based on the analysis of the vibration mechanism of GIS equipment, an portable defect detection device of abnormal vibration of GIS equipment is developed, which can detect potential mechanical defects of GIS equipment in time, and effectively guide maintenance work to ensure the safety and stability of GIS equipment. The acceleration sensor is used to obtain the vibration signal of the GIS shell, and the characteristics of the vibration signal waveform are extracted through the FFT algorithm and the VMD algorithm. The field test results show that this device can accurately locate the abnormal vibration of GIS equipment and distinguish the defect types.
