Crestal marginal bone loss in the coronal area of dental implants was evaluated radiographically at three months and one year post-implant insertion.  \nResults Marginal bone loss was significantly higher after one year post-surgery compared to three months post-surgery in all the study groups. The mean values of marginal bone loss obtained by TSV implants were higher than those obtained with OP implants at both follow-up points. TSVd implants experienced the higher crestal marginal bone loss among all the study groups at both three months and one year.  \nConclusions Crestal marginal bone loss in the most coronal part of one-piece implants  is significantly less than the marginal bone loss observed in tapered screw vent  implants with either immediate or delayed prosthetic loading protocols with single implant crown rehabilitations. 摘要

目的本研究旨在评估两种不同加载方式下即刻加载的一体式种植体与两体式种植体在种植体植入后一年内的边缘嵴骨丢失情况。材料与方法86例患者参与研究;使用Zimmer dental种植体90颗。其中30例为立即加载方案(TSVi)的锥形螺钉通气(TSV)种植体,30例为延迟加载方案(TSVd)的TSV种植体,30例为立即加载方案(OP)的一体式种植体。在种植体植入后3个月和1年,通过x线摄影评估种植体冠状区嵴边缘骨丢失情况。结果在所有研究组中,术后1年的边缘骨质流失明显高于术后3个月。在随访的两个时间点,TSV种植体获得的边缘骨丢失平均值均高于OP种植体。在三个月和一年时,TSVd种植体在所有研究组中都经历了更高的牙冠边缘骨质流失。结论一体式种植体冠状部分嵴边缘骨损失明显小于锥形螺钉通风口种植体即刻或延迟假体加载单种植体冠修复的边缘骨损失。但是,还需要更长的观测时间和更大的样本进行进一步的研究。
