摘要

本研究的目的是分析工作压力和组织文化对百利赛缤唐萨克蒂公司员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的理论与工作压力、组织文化和员工绩效有关。本研究采用了一种定量研究,通过问卷调查收集数据。本研究的总人数为50名员工,采用饱和样本技术。本研究的数据分析技术采用数据质量检验、经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析、t检验、F检验和决定系数。从部分测试结果来看,工作压力对员工绩效有负向显著影响,组织文化对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作压力和组织文化同时对员工绩效有显著影响。本研究表明,公司经常组织和关注员工的工作压力水平,通过举办联合娱乐活动,如联合卡拉ok,可以减少由于工作量提供的工作压力,有必要与员工和部门主管建立良好的合作关系,以便更好地监控员工的活动。
