摘要

本研究制备了5-氟尿嘧啶钐(5-FU)配合物,以提高5-FU药物的有效性。通过紫外/可见光谱法、高效液相色谱法和差示扫描量热法对该配合物进行了表征。进一步,通过台锥蓝细胞活性评价复合物的细胞毒活性,探讨复合物对人结肠癌细胞Caco2的抗肿瘤作用。Annexin V=PI流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡的形态学变化。结果表明,三价Sm可增强5-FU对化疗耐药结直肠癌细胞株的作用。
