Results: Contamination is found to be less in the brushes kept outside the bathroom as compared to brushes kept inside the bathroom and Most effective method for sanitization of toothbrushes is microwave irradiation followed by UV rays and then chlorhexidine gluconate solution. 摘要

目的:研究使用紫外线(UV)光消毒液、家用微波炉(MO)、0.2%葡萄糖酸氯己定(CHX)对牙刷进行消毒后的抗菌效果,评估牙刷在浴室内和浴室外存放时的微生物污染情况。材料与方法:将牙刷分为两组,第一组(n=45)存放于浴室内,第二组(n=45)存放于浴室外。将第1组和第2组再分为3组,分别采用紫外光消毒液、家用微波炉、0.2%葡萄糖酸氯己定等不同的消毒方法。结果:与室内牙刷相比,浴室外牙刷的污染较少,对牙刷进行消毒的最有效方法是微波辐照-紫外线照射-葡萄糖酸氯己定溶液。结论:牙刷应该一直存放在浴室外,这样它们就不在气溶胶的范围内了,为了健康和无菌的生活,牙刷的适当存放和消毒与刷牙一样重要。
