摘要

本研究的目的是分析和检验品牌满意度、品牌形象、品牌冲击和品牌价值对雅加达DKI托拉安金草药顾客品牌忠诚度的影响。本研究采用的研究形式是描述性和因果性研究,使用李克特量表的五点来测量所有变量。样本采用有目的抽样技术,主要和次要数据,使用129名受访者。本研究使用的数据分析方法是多元线性回归。本研究结果显示,品牌满意度、品牌形象、品牌影响力和品牌价值对雅加达DKI托拉安金草药顾客的品牌忠诚度有影响。
