FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CRIME INVESTIGATION IN THE CONTEXT OF A PANDEMIC
В статье представлены основные проблемы, которые в условиях пандемии коронавирусной инфекции (СОVID-19) могут препятствовать расследованию преступлений на различных стадиях следствия. На основе обзора правоприменительной практики автором предложены меры по совершенствованию процесса расследования уголовных дел в условиях пандемии, а также обоснована необходимость закрепления изменений в отечественном федеральном законодательстве.
