摘要

目前,在俄罗斯联邦培训农业专家主要有两种选择。第一种选择是在学院(技术学校)学习或通过学士,专业和硕士课程掌握大学课程。第二种方式是建立一个循序渐进的农业继续教育组织:一个专门的普通教育学校,一个学院(技术学校),一个大学,和一个额外的专业教育机构。对学生新社会地位的变化和发展关注不足,使得农业继续教育体系的教育潜力难以充分挖掘。因此,有必要组织教学支持学生适应当前不断变化的学术形势。同样重要的是,终身农业教育不仅是工作场所的高级培训,也是从中等普通教育学校的专业培训到中等农业职业教育的过渡,然后是高等农业教育计划的发展,以及随后贯穿整个职业活动的定期专业发展。
