摘要

提出了利用压电振动器附近产生的非辐射(瞬时)声场的超声接近传感器。当物体进入倏逝场时,激振器的导纳随激振器与物体的距离而变化。在以往的报道中,研究了连接在长伸振子上的传感板与被试板之间的气膜阻尼效应。在本研究中,传感系统是使用商用机载传感器构建的。前一研究中观察到的电导纳水平的距离相关变化已得到证实。
