摘要

以异戊二烯和2-甲基-2-丁烯二元混合物为进料,研究了进料温度、溶剂温度、烃类进料入口位置、回流比等操作参数对碳酸丙烯酯萃取精馏的影响。测试了碳酸丙烯酯作为萃取精馏溶剂从C5馏分中分离二烯烃的效率。结果,得到了不含石蜡和少量烯烃的二烯馏分。加入乙基碳酸醇增加碳酸丙烯与烃类的混相,可以提高二烯的回收率。
