摘要

毛霉病在尿路感染中很少见。肾毛霉病被认为是免疫功能低下的患者,与高死亡率相关。在此,我们提出了第一例由根霉引起的非侵入性真菌球局限于一个健康男孩的单侧肾脏约十年。病因鉴定采用下一代脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)测序。患者肾切除术后完全恢复,无膀胱冲洗。因此,临床医生必须高度怀疑难治性尿路感染中真菌感染。下一代DNA测序技术可用于准确诊断。
