Out of which 30 patients who were given only pharmacotherapy (Group-A) makes the control group and other 30 patients who were given CBT with pharmacotherapy (Group-B) which is experimental group; consents were taken from all the patients of Geetanjali medical college and hospital. Purposive sampling was used to conduct the research. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情不仅给患者带来了身体上的痛苦,也给世界各地的患者带来了心理上的痛苦。新冠肺炎患者面临的主要问题是压力、恐惧、失眠、抑郁和焦虑,导致心理障碍,即创伤后应激障碍。本研究的目的是评估CBT对COVID后患者焦虑和创伤后应激的影响。本研究采用的研究设计属于实验研究设计。本研究的样本包括60名与COVID-19有过接触的患者。其中仅给予药物治疗的30例患者(a组)为对照组,同时给予CBT治疗的30例患者(b组)为实验组;Geetanjali医学院和医院的所有患者都表示同意。采用有目的的抽样方法进行研究。结果表明,CBT对新冠焦虑和创伤后应激均有显著的正向影响。
