An important place in the model belongs to the conditions for protecting network elements as well as its bandwidth, taking into account the provision of load balancing in the network. The advantage of the proposed solution is the provision of Fair Priority-Based Traffic Policing due to this model when the flows that are the source of overload are primarily limited. Moreover, high priority packet flows will be limited to a lesser extent than low priority packet flows. This has been achieved by the statement of the Fast ReRouting problem in an optimization form with the introduction of a linear-quadratic objective function.
