摘要

目的:研究两圈后空翻360°转身后转身大摆曲后从圆环落地的运动学特征和圆环特征,旨在为我国运动员提供一定的科学理论和训练实践。方法:通过对2011年全国体操锦标赛吊环决赛中闫明勇的表现进行分析,得到相关的运动学数据。结果与结论:随着颜氏倒立开始向下摆动,重心速度增大;当他的整个身体刚刚穿过垂直平面时,他的腿向前翘起,身体重心的速度迅速上升;在身体从倒立恢复的地方,双手立即离开环;为了稳定着陆,向前迈了一大步,所以着陆角度变大了一点;落地技术有待提高。
