摘要

提出了一种无滤光片的倍频微波光子移相器(MPPS)。MPPS基于集成双偏振双并行马赫-曾德尔调制器(DP-DPMZM)和偏振调制器(PolM)。采用单臂90°偏振旋转器的DP-DPMZM产生具有正交偏振的光载波抑制双边带(OCS-DSB)信号,采用两模相反相位调制的PolM引入两个正交极化音调之间的光相移。仿真结果表明,在一个直流偏置电压下,MPPS可以实现360°的连续可调相移,并且由于不使用滤光片,对光载波波长和微波信号频率不敏感。
