We report a case of AOSD occurring in pregnant patient who did not respond to standard treatment with glucocorticoids and developed skin reaction to IL-1 receptor antagonist. Adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD) is a systemic autoinflammatory disease mediated by interleukin (IL)-1 production.
