Each child is different, Low class students between high class students are different. The students come to school in order to be able to follow the education well. But It will not last forever. The problems that they face come from inability in doing assignment,wish, competition among friends, less motivations to study, less supports from parents and others. Deviant behavior also comes from many forms such as, bothering friend, breaking school's facilities, hard in focusing the attention, often musing, and playing-truant. The puroses of this dedication are : 1) class teachers and subject teachers can make a profgram of leadership and Counseling which is integrated into the lesson with tematic approach. 2) Giving Individual Counseling service to help the development and problems of students in Elementary School. The target of this dedication is subject teachers and class teachers of Elementary school in West Pasaman Regency. The method that is used in this research is Descriptive Quantitative, which describes the real condition. 摘要

小学阶段儿童的发展和特点是不同的。每个孩子都不一样,低年级学生和高年级学生之间也不一样。学生们来学校是为了能够很好地跟上教育。但它不会永远持续下去。他们面临的问题来自于无法完成任务,愿望,朋友之间的竞争,学习的动力不足,父母和其他人的支持不足。离经叛道的行为还有很多形式,如打扰朋友、破坏学校设施、注意力不集中、经常沉思、逃学等。这种奉献的目的是:1)班主任和学科教师可以用教学方法制作一个融入课堂的领导和辅导计划。2)提供个别辅导服务,帮助小学生的发展及问题。这次奉献的对象是西帕萨曼县小学的学科教师和班主任。本研究使用的方法是描述性定量的,它描述了真实的情况。小学教师具备基础辅导技能,能够帮助在学校遇到问题的学生。30%的小学教师具有基本的辅导技能来帮助学生解决学校问题,但仍有部分小学教师辅导技能较低。
