The variables observed were maggot production, fresh weight (kg), length (cm), population density (tail/cm 3 ) and crude protein content (%). The results showed that there was an interaction between factor A (type of media) and factor B (type of microbe) and had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on fresh weight and crude protein content of maggot, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the length and density of the maggot population. 摘要

. 本研究旨在确定不同发酵培养基对黑兵蝇(Hermetia illucens)蛆产量的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD)试验方法,3 × 3阶乘模式,3个重复。因子A为培养基类型,A1为椰子渣,A2为豆腐渣,A3为废果。因子B为微生物类型,B1: EM-4, B2:天然有机分解者,B3: Probio-7。观察变量为蛆产量、鲜重(kg)、体长(cm)、种群密度(尾数/cm 3)和粗蛋白质含量(%)。结果表明,因子A(培养基类型)和因子B(微生物类型)之间存在交互作用,对蝇蛆的种群长度和密度有极显著影响(P0.05)。本研究结果表明,采用Natura有机分解剂发酵豆腐渣培养基效果最佳,产量鲜重0.2215 kg,长2.00 cm,种群密度2.01尾/cm 3,粗蛋白质含量52.40%。
