In order to determine the thermal boundary condition of tongue in closed mouth, a convection heat transfer model of the air in oral cavity under closed state was established. Using the measured temperature on the surface of tongue and oral cavity as the constant temperature boundary conditions, the heat exchange between the air and the tongue in closed oral cavity was simulated. The convective heat transfer coefficient on the surface of human tongue and the average temperature of the air in oral cavity were determined. Results showed that the average heat transfer coefficient ranges from 2 W/m2-K to 3W/m2-K and the average temperature ranges from 307.5 K to 308.5 K in the oral cavity. 摘要
在舌部换热分析中,舌部表面的对流换热系数对舌部温度场的精确计算有重要影响。为了确定舌在封闭口腔中的热边界条件,建立了封闭状态下口腔内空气对流换热模型。以测量的舌、口腔表面温度作为恒温边界条件,模拟了密闭口腔内空气与舌间的热交换。测定了人舌表面的对流换热系数和口腔空气的平均温度。结果表明:口腔内平均换热系数为2w /m2-K ~ 3W/m2-K,平均温度为307.5 K ~ 308.5 K;研究结果可为人体舌部传热分析提供参考。
