摘要

PPP项目是当前一国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在一国国民经济创收中发挥着重要作用。在可持续发展理念的指导下,绿色金融的概念应运而生。本文的目的是研究基于PPP环保产业基金的绿色金融创新体系的构建。本文主要以基于ppp的绿色金融创新体系和环保产业基金为主要研究内容,论述了绿色金融创新体系和环保产业在当前社会发展中的重要作用,并将两者结合起来构建绿色金融创新体系。利用绿色投资发展指标体系进行了模拟实验,结果表明,利用本文构建的体系实施PPP项目,其二氧化碳排放量减少了30%。
