Materials and Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study on 200 female patients undergoing gynecological surgery using lithotomy position who were admitted to the study by census. The researchers used a researcher-made questionnaire to assess pain experienced by patients, which includes: patients' demographic information and a checklist for recording the amount and severity. Pain was measured using a standard ten-point scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods by SPSS software version 22. Results: Based on the results of data analysis, within 24 hours after surgery, more than half of the patients suffered from low back pain and 35% from groin pain, 25% from knee pain and 10% from pain. The ankles complained. Also, a high correlation was observed between the variables of patients' body mass index and the duration of surgery with the incidence of pain in some areas such as the lumbar region and the ankle region.
