The research method proposed UI usability evaluation frame for older adults, and developed educational applications based on proposed evaluation frame, and conducted kiosk education. As a result of the experiment, the mission success rate after using the IT application was 80.6%, which is a 55.1%P improvement compared to the pre-use(25.5%). 摘要

由于第四次工业革命和新冠肺炎,信息亭等数字设备的可用性直接关系到存在数字鸿沟的老年人的生存。本文分析了现有老年人信息服务教育存在的问题,提出了适应老龄化和老年人生命周期的信息服务教育策略。本研究提出一种基于教育应用的IT培训方法,支持不分时间和地点的重复学习,将kiosk功能开发为功能游戏型教育应用,并试验培训后的有效性。研究方法提出了面向老年人的UI可用性评估框架,并基于该评估框架开发教育应用,进行kiosk教育。作为实验的结果,使用IT应用程序后的任务成功率为80.6%,与使用前(25.5%)相比,提高了55.1%P。本研究证实,在目前的情况下,拟议的老年人教育是克服现有IT教育局限性的一种方式。
